This page reduces repetitive questions, protects expectations, and helps guests choose the right room from the start.
Most studios are best suited for 2–3 guests. Studio 1, Studio 4, and Apartment 5 can accommodate up to 4 if needed, but remaining space becomes limited when fully occupied. Apartment 9 can accommodate up to 4 people and it is more comfortable for larger families.
Studios 2 and 3 offer the strongest front sea views. Studio 1 has a side sea view. Studios 7 and 8 are also front sea view on the ground floor, but they are positioned more as easy-access lifestyle options than premium view units.
Studios 2, 3, 7, and 8 are best suited for couples. Studio 3 is more compact and should be considered a couples-first room; it may fit a baby, but not another adult comfortably.
Yes. All studios and apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, cooking pans, coffee maker, kettle, cups, and essential utensils for preparing simple meals.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy our own local products, including olive oil and seasonal vegetables, which many of our visitors especially appreciate.
Apartment 9 is the strongest family choice, thanks to its larger indoor layout and private yard. Apartment 5 is a smaller alternative.
No. Studio 4 and the apartments do not have sea view. Studio 4, however, offers the largest balcony in the property, with views toward the mountains, greenhouses, and the quieter side of the property.
